Franklinton American Legion Post 52

Each year Post 52 looks forward to sponsoring a young man as our representative to the Tar Heel Boys' State Program. In 2010 we selected and sponsored Kenan Drum. Kenan attended an intense program that concentrated on North Carolina state government and politics. After graduation, Kenan return to the post for our June meeting. He shared his experience and thanked us for our sponsorship.

We also enjoyed fellowship with Kenan's parents Barry and Karen Drum
